R 기업은 K가 부사장 겸 최고 재무 및 회계 책임자가 될 것이라고 언급했다.

The appointment of Kelly to Chief Financial Officer will take effect January 19, 2021, at which time K will resign from the company's Board of Directors.
K의 최고 재무 책임자 임명은 20201년 1월 19일에 시행될 것이고, 그 때 K는 이사회에서 사임할 것이다.
